They did not have the star balloons available that I ordered and called me the morning of delivery. I was upset at first but they assured me they would put together a great arrangement for my granddaughter and added in a lovely vase of flowers at no charge. My daughter sent me a picture of the arrangement with my granddaughter and they did not disappoint.
